Lauren has been involved in physie for over 20 years, originally as a competitor and then as teacher and national judge. She has taught State and National champions, including A-Grade National Team Champions and Championship-Grade National place-getters.

Lauren is a 4-time National Champion herself, winning the title in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019.

As a full-time Social Worker, Lauren understands the importance of creating and encouraging a supportive learning environment.

Renee has world-class coaching experience as the Head Coach of the Australian Freestyle Aerial Ski team for the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia. 

​

Having worked with Olympic athletes, Renee brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise on body awareness, body tension/technique and safe stretching. She has in-depth knowledge of goal setting/achievement, skill development and individual learning environments.
